History of A Plus Solutions
The first company within the A Plus Solutions Group was Tisa Publications, established in 2012. The second and third companies of the group were ChehreNegar Monitoring and Observation Institute, founded in Iran in 2015, and A+Solutions, founded in Slovakia in 2018.
From 2020 onward, the establishment of new companies accelerated in line with the expansion of the holding’s objectives. Nikan Positive Solutions was founded in 2020, and Hub Smartup in the United Kingdom in 2021. These companies served as the group’s intermediary entities pushing the development process forward. Meanwhile, ChehreNegar Solutions Agency also began its operations in 2022.
After a one‑year pause—dedicated to internal capacity building and market analysis for a more accurate understanding of existing needs—the Smart Solutions Academy was established in 2022. In 2023, the groundwork for establishing the parent holding, named First Choice Solutions, was completed. Subsequently, in 2024, to complete the group’s structure and further specialize the services offered by the holding, the decision was made to found Rabo Creative Solutions and Borna Innovative Solutions.
Today, the ten companies that form the A Plus Solutions Group, with a combined 39 years of experience in providing international services—both culturally and economically—have become a cohesive group of professionals who believe that fulfilling the slogan “First Choice, Superior Solutions” is a long-term journey. They know that this goal can only be achieved through the synergy and collaboration of all stakeholders.

Mission
In its path of internal development, A Plus Solutions began its first seven years of effort by focusing on providing domestic services for international destinations. In the second seven‑year phase, in addition to its initial activities, it will prioritize offering international services for domestic beneficiaries. In future phases, beyond services, it will also enter the field of product development.
During the first seven-year period, A Plus Solutions expanded skilled workforce transfer from Iran to abroad, development of overseas education, facilitation of business establishment abroad, production, registration and transfer of technology, as well as travel and tourism services.
During the second seven-year period, A Plus Solutions will pursue international investment and fundraising, direct higher education, management and localization of foreign investment in Iran, and stakeholder resource management.
During the third seven-year period, after gaining experience from the previous phases, the company will strive to evolve from a service provider into an integrated producer of services or technology‑driven products.
